They are Thomas Atkins, Christopher Iannella, John Kerrigan, Frederick Langone, Gerald O’Leary Jr., Gabriel Piemonte, John Saltonstall Jr., Joseph Timilty, Louise Day Hicks (to January 25, 1971), and Albert O’Neil (from January 25, 1971). Hicks is the top vote getter with 76,354. Turnout is 116,292 or 43.8%. Hicks is replaced by Albert O’Neil on January 25, 1971.
